We serve as the investment advisor to Crossroads Capital Investment Partners, LP, a long/short private partnership investing in value-unlocking change on behalf of a select number of like-minded institutions, families, and high net worth individuals.
In direct opposition to the industry standard playbook, Crossroads was built from the ground up with an unconventional mindset and practices that promote long-term outperformance and the prudent compounding of wealth. In fact, according to Morningstar, less than one-tenth of one percent of US equity funds with at least a five-year track record outperform their benchmarks by an annualized rate greater than ten percent. We're in that elite group.

Ryan is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Crossroads Capital, LLC. Before founding Crossroads, he was an analyst at several value-centric investment partnerships. Ryan’s primary responsibilities include asymmetric idea generation, with a specific focus on undiscovered emerging franchises and catalyst-driven special situations, as well as investment strategy and portfolio construction.
