Cole joined Crossroads Capital as CEO/Managing Partner in early 2023.  Most recently, he was Co-Founder of Bloom Health Partners, which provided testing and occupational health services to numerous Fortune 100 companies.  After scaling the business over 18 months, it was sold to a publicly traded healthcare technology company in 2021.

Prior to Bloom Health, Cole was focused on his own holding company, CPL Investments, where he has been deeply involved in portfolio company operations and acquisitions.  He began his career at TPG Capital (fka Texas Pacific Group), coordinating and managing internal and external financial reporting duties and portfolio company valuations before going to Jones Trading where he was an Institutional Equity Trader.

Cole served as a US Delegate to the G-20 Entrepreneurial Summits in Toronto and Mexico City and serves on the Dallas Alumni Board of Directors at Texas Christian University. Previously, he spent six years as a Host Committee Member for the Great Investors’ Best Ideas Foundation (GIBI, a nonprofit organization that benefits The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and the Vickery Meadow Youth Development Foundation.) He graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.  Cole lives in Dallas with his wife Christina and son Logan.
