John Zoraian is a Principal with Grassi Fund Administration Services. Prior to joining Grassi, he established S&Z Fund Services, a division of Sasserath & Zoraian, LLP, and grew it to become a leading provider of administration, tax, back-office and investor services.

John has extensive experience with funds of all sizes. He was CFO of a risk arbitrage hedge fund, where he became a partner and ran the equity trading desk, and he was senior managing director at an event-driven hedge fund. After returning to S&Z in 2009, John continued to grow the practice and was part of the leadership team that successfully merged the firm into Grassi in 2021.

John received a BS in Accounting from Hofstra University. He is a CPA licensed in New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
