Brendon Reay is head of partner relationships at Crossroads Capital. Prior to joining Crossroads, Brendon worked at NYC-based Diker Management, where he collaborated on strategy and partner relations for two small-cap long/short hedge funds. Prior to Diker, he headed up partner relations at Locust Wood Capital, a large-cap, value-oriented long/short equity fund. Before Locust Wood, Brendon was an investment consultant at Cambridge Associates.
Earlier in his career, Brendon was a college professor, a fishing guide in Alaska, a copywriter in high tech advertising and p.r., and a Boatswains Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve.
Brendon received his bachelor’s degree in Classics from Reed College, an MA in Latin from Bryn Mawr College, an MS in Investment Management from Boston University, and a PhD from Stanford University.
